Sentinel Diagnostics, leader in the Development and Production of IVD Diagnostic Kits for Clinical Chemistry, Immunology and Molecular Diagnostics, Chromatography and Rapid Test, is looking to join the Sales & Marketing Team:

STAGE BACK OFFICE COMMERCIALE

Responsibilities

• Support to orders acquisition and processing according to agreed conditions of assigned clients
• Support to the coordination with other company functions to ensure compliance with customer requests (Planning, Finance, Warehouse, Logistics, etc.)
• Support to orders preparation monitoring, ensuring timely completion
• Support to the preparation of all necessary shipment documents in coordination with Logistics and, later, support to shipment tracking
• Sales reports writing

Requirements

• Degree in Foreign Languages, Economics or similar
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Teamwork, flexibility, problem solving, autonomy, precision
• Internship period: 6 months, refunded
