Overview

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Professional based in Milan. The Sales Professional will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and developing sales strategies. The role includes managing customer inquiries, presenting product features, and negotiating contracts. The Sales Professional will also need to prepare sales reports and projections, maintain CRM systems, and collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in market research and sales strategy development
  • Ability to manage CRM systems and analyze sales data
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Familiarity with the fashion industry is a plus
  • Fluency in Italian and English
