Customer Success Specialist

We are currently looking for a new team member to manage customer relationships and ensure a first-class experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Customer Onboarding: Welcome new customers, guide them through our products and services, and ensure they have a clear understanding of the features offered.
  • Ongoing Support: Provide continuous support to customers, address any issues or questions, and anticipate their needs to maximize satisfaction.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers to continually improve our products and services, acting as a bridge between users and our development team.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data and metrics to assess customer performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the IT sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive problem‑solving ability and the capacity to work independently.
  • In-depth knowledge of the products and services offered.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and the ability to translate data into meaningful actions.
  • Results‑oriented and customer‑focused.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changes.
  • Team spirit and the ability to collaborate with various departments.
