The role and your impact
As a Solutions Engineer, reporting to the Manager of the Beefree SDK Success Team, you will use your technical expertise to empower our expanding customer base with our cutting-edge embeddable editor, Beefree SDK. You will support a range of SaaS customers, from startups to industry leaders, helping them incorporate AI into their strategy. This role is based in Italy.
Your adventures include
- Partnering with team members to engage with customers in a technical consultancy and advisory role throughout the full customer lifecycle, including pre-sales, onboarding, technical support, and business reviews.
- Showcasing understanding of our product’s ability to support customer workflows and integrated applications.
- Working with customers to solve technical issues, documenting technical considerations, and contributing to internal knowledge resources.
- Acting as a trusted advisor and building relationships with technical stakeholders.
- Serving as the customer advocate to internal teams, including administration, marketing, product, and development.
- Curating product feedback to enhance Beefree SDK based on customer interactions.
You're perfect for this role if you have
- 2-3 years of experience in a technical role such as solutions engineer, technical consultant, or technical account manager.
- Ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in web technologies like HTML / CSS / JS, API, and SDK.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and understand their technical needs.
- Experience in providing technical support and resolving issues efficiently.
- Ability to build a web app, or experience with email builders or similar software, is a plus.
- You are a native English speaker or highly proficient (C1–C2 CEFR level) and comfortable working in a predominantly English-speaking environment, including handling technical and complex customer-facing conversations.
