What You’ll Do
As a Fitness Cartel Personal Trainer, you’ll:
- Coach members 1-on-1 and in small groups to achieve real results
- Use business tools, trackers, and resources to grow your PT business
- Build strong client relationships and create personalised training journeys
- Contribute to a positive club culture alongside our passionate team
- Continue developing your skills through ongoing mentorship and education
Who You Are
- A qualified Personal Trainer (Cert III & IV in Fitness) OR ready to start your certification
- Passionate about fitness, health, and helping people achieve their goals
- A self-starter who’s motivated to build and grow a PT business
- A strong communicator who connects quickly and inspires confidence
- Organised, professional, and driven to create a long-term career in fitness
