Lab System Analyst - industria farmaceutica

Adecco Italia, located in Rieti, Italy, is seeking to hire two Lab System Analysts for a pharmaceutical company in Rieti. The positions are initially for maternity leave replacement.

Main activities and responsibilities include:

1. Managing and maintaining laboratory analytical data and data management systems such as Labware LIMS, MODA, Smart QC;
2. Supporting the development of digital tools and technologies to facilitate trend analysis and interface improvements, aiming at increasing laboratory efficiency;
3. Assisting in trend analysis, particularly in microbiology;
4. Collaborating on technical documentation, SOPs, and investigations;
5. Supporting GMP activities, including documentation and archive management;
6. Interacting with area managers and process leaders across departments such as QC, QS&I, and Business Excellence.

Required knowledge and skills:

• Degree in Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Process Engineering, or Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technologies;
• Knowledge of programming and data visualization tools (SQL*Developer, LabWare, MoDa, LIMS, Smart QC);
• Experience with analytical management software like Power BI, Qlik dashboards;
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills for managing complex situations;
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Offering a fixed-term temporary contract for maternity leave coverage, with a planned start date of 07/07/2025.
