HSE Manager

Join our team for an exciting industrial project in Livorno! We're looking for an experienced Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager to lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance on-site.

Location: Livorno, Italy

Start Date: Immediate

Contract: Fixed-term, with potential for extension

Your Role:

• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures
• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions
• Deliver HSE training to project personnel
• Ensure compliance with Italian regulations and international standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE roles (industrial/Oil & Gas preferred)
• Fluent in Italian (spoken and written)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
