We are looking for a Business Manager within Akkodis, whose role is key in our sales development strategy. You will be responsible for developing business within your assigned area.
Customer Management
- Assess, benchmark and establish customer contacts.
- Develop a portfolio of strategic customers and prospects, and intervene in the negotiation of important commercial and contractual conditions.
- Develop a strong customer relationship by implementing contracts and promote all the Group's service offerings.
- Play an anchor role for a dynamic and lasting customer relationship with continuous follow‑ups.
People Management
- Actively involved in the sourcing & selection process of candidates and new hires.
- Explore avenues for building a strong candidate pipeline such as employee referrals, social sites, job fairs, etc.
- Partner with recruiters & staffing partners to recruit the right talent in line with customer requirements.
- Develop proactive candidate pipelines to cater to customer's open positions.
- Engage with a team of technical consultants with the help of HR tools such as induction plans, training plans and performance management.
Financials Management
- Build business plans (long‑term plans, budget, forecast).
- Track & monitor business parameters such as revenue, operating margin, employee turnover, cash management, change management, etc.
- Manage profit & loss account for your profit centre (investments, overheads, resource billability, invoicing process, etc.).
Profile
- Strong sales aptitude, good listener and communicator, convincing and proactive, autonomous personality able to manage own priorities, team player with focus on company interests, initiative and motivation to reach planned & ambitious goals.
- Deep knowledge of English language (B2 level) is mandatory.
