Why We Have This Role

Qualtrics is looking for a proactive, collaborative seller who can help us lead and own the strategy for selling Experience Management (XM) SaaS within the largest accounts in the Italian market. Our solutions enable clients to have a 360° view of every experience, uncover what matters most to customers and employees, and take decisive action in real time. In this Enterprise Sales role you will drive company revenue growth through net new customer acquisition and expansion within our current customer base. You will work collaboratively to meet sales goals and deliver the highest standard of integrity, quality, and customer service to our clients.

Things You’ll Do

  • Acquire new business and sell the Qualtrics Platform to key accounts.
  • Develop comprehensive account plans, from power maps to demand generation and closing strategies.
  • Manage relationships between Qualtrics and senior executives of client and prospect companies.
  • Strategize internally with SDRs, solutions consultants, partners, etc., to create demand and drive senior engagement in accounts.
  • Understand prospects’ business issues and industry challenges to craft tailored solutions.
  • Build compelling business cases that demonstrate clear ROI and value for clients.
  • Maintain real‑time awareness of Qualtrics’ offerings and the competitive landscape to deliver win‑based proposals and pricing strategies.

What We’re Looking For On Your CV

  • Significant experience selling SaaS solutions and discussing strategic business issues at Director and C‑level in Large Enterprise accounts.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience closing 6‑figure deals, with 7‑figure deals as a bonus.
  • Creative ability to engage new contacts within an account.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Proven ability to collaborate seamlessly with partner ecosystems to strategically position Qualtrics XM solutions.
  • Passion for educating potential clients on solutions relevant to their situation and illustrating how the software can deliver ROI.
  • Network leverage in the market to generate interest in Qualtrics solutions.
  • Desire to manage a territory as if running your own consultancy.
  • Full‑cycle engagement with clients, from prospecting and demos to negotiation, closing, and beyond.
  • Agility to adapt, pivot, and change approaches based on business needs.
  • Strong partnership with internal teams and the ability to bring together internal resources for successful deal closure.
  • Passion for developing XM thought leadership and advising customers on advancing the maturity of their XM programs with AI‑driven solutions.
