We are supporting a leading O&M and asset management specialist in their search for a Field Technician to support their growing portfolio of utility-scale solar projects across Italy. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on electrical or technical experience in solar PV who is looking to work in a supportive and structured environment with opportunities to progress into supervision or specialised technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Carry out and record maintenance activities as well as identifying suitable suppliers and contractors
• Monitor Performance Ratio and Availability values and secure its compliance with the guaranteed value
• Ensure compliance of the activities with local rules and regulations
• Manage and update all necessary records and activity logs

Key Skills

• Minimum of 2 years O&M experience in solar industry.
• Experience with large-scale solar operation (1 MW).
• Ability to work remotely and travel to solar plants on a regular basis
• Excellent Italian and English language skills.
