We are seeking a highly motivate and analytically driven Structurer to join our FX and IR Structuring Team. The candidate would work closely with the Sales team and would be responsible for delivering solutions to meet our Corporate Clients Foreign Exchange and Interest Rate hedging needs. We value a strong logical thinking as well as creativity and desire to originate new business ideas. Empathy and the ability to work in a Team is a must.
What you'll be doing
- Structure FX and IR derivatives-based hedging solutions for Corporate Clients
- Prepare Client pitches, exposing technical content in a clear and informative way
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering (or related scientific area)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex things in an intuitive manner
- Programming basics is a plus
- Up to five years of experience in Structuring, Sales, Trading, or related experience
- Italian mother tongue and fluency in English
