You support our team as

IT STRATEGY MANAGER (F / M / D)

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership : Define and implement IT strategies that align with overall business objectives.
• Strategic Planning : Prepare and maintain a comprehensive 3-year IT strategic plan, breaking down priorities into yearly focus topics. Ensure regular review and follow-up on the completion of strategic items.
• Specialized Focus : Develop targeted strategies for reporting, analytics, and sustainability within the IT organization.
• Business Partnership : Translate business needs into long-term IT plans in close collaboration with division and corporate lead function heads.
• Cross-Functional Alignment : Ensure strategic coherence with adjacent areas such as information security, technology, and application management.
• Continuous Improvement : Monitor and refine IT strategies to stay ahead of evolving business requirements.
• Strategic Communication and Change Management : Actively communicate and promote the IT strategy across all teams to ensure alignment and engagement.

Qualifications

• Academic Background : Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• Languages : Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills across all organizational levels. German is a plus
• Strategic Mindset : Strong analytical and planning capabilities to define and adapt strategic goals, offering a good understanding of the business.
• Business-IT Synergy : Proven experience in integrating IT strategy with corporate vision.
• Analytical Skills : Ability to document and translate complex business requirements into actionable strategic goals.
• Collaborative Spirit : Skilled in stakeholder management and coordination with division and corporate lead function heads.
• Technical Acumen : Solid understanding of information security, technology trends, and application ecosystems.
