Tsubaki Nakashima , we’re accelerating our expansion into high-value markets — delivering precision plastic components for medical, OTC pharma, cosmetics, and technology sectors. We’re looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Manager with a technical or engineering background to lead our commercial pipeline and unlock new opportunities through strategic outreach and deep industry expertise.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting market potential, and delivering measurable business value.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and execute a strategic sales plan to grow our customer base and market share.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with high ROI potential.
  • Generate and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and marketing to align customer needs with technical capabilities.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals that showcase our value proposition.
  • Track sales performance, pipeline health, and conversion metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support production scale-up by aligning commercial efforts with operational capacity.
  • Represent Tsubaki Nakashima at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
  • Travel required: 40%+ , primarily across Europe to meet customers, attend events, and support business development.

What You Bring (Minimum)

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in contract manufacturing or technical environments.
  • 3+ years of hands‑on experience in injection molding, with strong knowledge of materials, tooling, and production processes.
  • Technical or engineering background — ideally in plastics, mechanical engineering, or manufacturing.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and build high‑performing sales pipelines.
  • Fluent in Italian and English — essential for customer engagement and internal collaboration.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and growth.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
