About The Job
Flatpay’s Italian branch launched in July 2024 and has become the fastest‑growing country in the Flatpay network, scaling from 0 to 17,000 clients in just over a year. We are looking for a Commercial Strategy Manager to join the Flatpay Italy team and act as a bridge between global and local teams, ensuring that strategic initiatives are localized, data‑driven, and operationally effective.
What You'll Do
- Contribute to global strategic analyses, bringing a local perspective and data points to support assessments and decision‑making across countries.
- Prioritize initiatives to improve Italian performance, leveraging insights and knowledge developed in collaboration with the Italian Commercial Excellence team and the global Strategy team.
- Lead key projects as project manager, coordinating cross‑departmental efforts with an execution‑driven approach, including direct field work with sales co‑drives to ensure impact and effectiveness.
- Conduct desk research on topics relevant to the Italian business — such as regulatory updates, market trends, or competitor analysis — to refine commercial positioning and support product development.
- Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to integrate local market insights into global product roadmaps and prioritization processes.
Who You Are
- 2–4 years of experience, ideally from a top‑tier management consulting firm or a similarly analytical and fast‑paced environment.
- Strong analytical thinking combined with practical execution skills and a passion for seeing strategy turn into measurable results.
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally, collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and hands‑on, with a drive to learn and contribute to a fast‑scaling organization.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
