Tasks

In this role you’ll own the customer journey from the very beginning ensuring a smooth onboarding experience that sets the stage for long‑term success. You’ll guide customers through setup and activation then continue to serve as their strategic partner driving adoption, identifying growth opportunities and owning renewal strategy. Your Mission

  • Be the key point of contact for a portfolio of Italian speaking customers from onboarding through renewal
  • Manage the technical implementation of SoSafe Awareness Platform (SaaS product) ensuring a smooth and successful Go‑Live
  • Guide and advise customers on cybersecurity awareness measures helping them maximise the impact of our platform
  • Conduct business reviews highlight ROI and support renewal / upsell conversations
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Sales Support Product etc.) to drive success of your customers
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally by sharing feedback with product development team
  • Leverage the relationships you build to identify reference customers and case study candidates

Requirements

  • Customer‑centric with a proactive and hands‑on mindset and strong motivation to make an impact in a fast growing company
  • 2 years of experience in Customer Success Onboarding or Account Management ideally within a SaaS company
  • Comfortable handling technical setups and liaising with support or engineering teams when needed
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills able to handle commercial conversations confidently
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Able to manage multiple customers tasks and stakeholders in parallel
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative international team
  • Interest in cybersecurity or willingness to learn quickly
