DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Investment Support:
2. Assist in market research, financial analysis, and due diligence for potential investments.
3. Coordinate with external advisors, legal teams, and consultants for investment evaluations and documentation.
4. Prepare investment summaries, presentations, and reports for internal decision-making.
5. Project Coordination:
6. Oversee the progress of ongoing projects, such as office development and startup investments, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
7. Liaise with architects, contractors, and service providers for property development tasks.
8. Monitor and report on project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
9. Operations & Administration:
10. Support daily operational activities, including administrative tasks, reporting, and document management.
11. Maintain internal records and investment tracking databases, ensuring compliance with procedures.
12. Facilitate communication between management, stakeholders, and partners.
13. Strategic Assistance:
14. Contribute to strategic planning for new initiatives.
15. Provide analysis on market trends, competition, and investment strategies.
16. Assist in preparing board reports and investor presentations.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
2. 3-5 years of experience in consulting, investment firms, Big4, family offices, or related sectors.
3. Strong analytical skills and understanding of investment evaluation processes.
4. Excellent organizational and project management skills.
5. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with project management tools.
6. Strong communication skills in English.
7. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
