Service Engineer

Overview

Join to apply for the Service Engineer role at Leybold.

You will join our Milan-based service center and be part of a dynamic field service team, primarily operating at the Milan site (short travel within Italy may be required).

Responsibilities

• Report to the Operations Manager.
• Conduct planned and ad hoc services to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems. Diagnose issues to prevent equipment downtime.
• Ensure safety compliance and document activities using digital tools.
• Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a service or maintenance technician in electrical or mechanical environments.
• Technical school background.
• Basic knowledge of English.
