Project Development Leader

Are you a skilled and experienced leader looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Construction Manager to join our team in the development of crematories and cemetery projects across the country.

Responsibilities :

• Operational and technical management of projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Promoting effective project planning, organization, and control to meet deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements.
• Developing and updating project schedules and managing budgets.
• Supervising construction site resources and coordinating with suppliers and contractors.

Requirements :

We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in similar roles within the civil engineering and infrastructure sector. A degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is required, along with excellent communication skills and knowledge of software applications such as Microsoft Office, STR Vision, and AutoCAD.

The ideal candidate will be available for frequent travel throughout Italy and must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
