Role Purpose

The Workplace Experience Ambassador is responsible for delivering exceptional internal and external visitor experiences within our Integrated Facility Management business line on the Amazon account dedicated team. This role ensures the highest standards of engagement through front-of-house and meeting & event services while maintaining presentation quality, administration efficiency, and service delivery excellence across various settings.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Front of House Services

  • Take ownership of internal and external visitor experiences to create positive, memorable interactions
  • Deliver core front-of-house services : sign-in, badging, luggage management, lost and found, and deliveries
  • Process telephone, email, and in-person queries efficiently
  • Greet, assist, and direct candidates, new hires, visitors, and the general public
  • Maintain awareness of onsite events to personalize visitor experiences
  • Handle helpdesk requests and answer trouble tickets
  • Assist IT support with new hire equipment setup

Meeting & Events Management

  • Proactively maintain presentation standards and functionality across front-of-house and meeting areas
  • Set up meeting and event spaces following team guidelines and EHS considerations
  • Monitor meeting environments (furniture, signage, equipment, temperature, consumables)
  • Create and maintain booking systems (Outlook, conference room finder, SharePoint)
  • Provide timely, accurate responses to meeting and event inquiries
  • Coordinate daily updates of room booking displays

Facility Support

  • Support internal moves and churns
  • Understand and comply with site Health & Safety requirements
  • Conduct risk assessments relevant to tasks
  • Carry out building fabric audits
  • Support the FM / AFM / BOE and facilities team as required
  • Demonstrate BMS / system knowledge
  • Collect and record monthly utility meter readings
  • Support site space audits and walk‑the‑store processes
  • Handle incoming / outgoing mail, courier services, and site inspections

Qualifications & Skills

Experience

  • Previous catering or hospitality experience (desirable)
  • Experience working in a high-profile corporate environment
  • Facilities Management exposure (beneficial)

Technical Skills

  • Strong PC literacy with ability to manage various systems
  • BMS / system knowledge
  • Risk assessment capability
