Product Development Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support in the management of requests from the design team in the various stages of collection process
• Entering data into the system and excel charts
• Fullfill tech packs
• Follow up and communications with suppliers
• Attending fitting and keep records of fit notes
• Preparation of comments to be forwarded to suppliers to launch the prototype, sample collection and production in Italian and English
• Organization and tracking of shipments

Requirements

• Minimum of one year in a product development
• Very good knowledge of the English language
• Organization, management, problem solving and used to work following deadlines
• Good communication and team working skills
• Flexibility
• Available to travel
• Good knowledge of the Office package in particular Excel
