Quality Environment Health Safety Manager

Mission :

Implement and ensure high quality standards in the work carried out, with maximum safety and respect for the environment, in accordance with the budget, strategic plan and activity plan, legislation, standards and superior guidelines to contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, increased efficiency of CapWatt and customer satisfaction, meeting quality, environmental and occupational health and safety requirements and contribute to making the Capwatt team happier and safer and building a better environment for future generations.

Main Responsibilities :

Develop and implement procedures in the area of health, safety, environment and quality

Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards

Conduct audits and inspections to maintain regulatory adherence

Train and raise awareness among teams on best safety and sustainability practices

Investigate incidents and propose continuous improvement measures

Requirements :

Proven experience in QSE management, preferably in the biogas sector

Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations in Italy

Strong leadership and communication skills

Fluency in Italian and English
