Job Description:

For our Business Unit Transformers, we are seeking a Sales Support Specialist responsible for supporting the local sales organization and customers by identifying the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and preparing demanding offers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support during meetings, product presentations, negotiations, and training sessions.
• Assist in preparing technical and commercial offers based on customer requirements and sales directives.
• Participate in project kickoff meetings.
• Define costs for proposed solutions and communicate them to the sales team.
• Contribute to the risk review process in line with company policies.
• Analyze customer needs and competitor offers, perform lost proposal analysis, and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of sales experience in a similar industry within an international environment.
• Engineering degree preferred.
• Experience with electric substation equipment and transformer solutions is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; experience managing complex clients is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
