Position: Logistics Manager

Job Italia Spa, an authorized employment agency (Prot. n° 13 / I / 0001610 / 03.01 del 05/02/2010), located in Bologna, is seeking a qualified professional for a key role in an international logistics provider with a branch in Atessa.

Responsibilities:

1. Operational Area: Manage site activities, handle additional service requests for clients, prepare offers, select, train, and organize staff (including shift planning), and supervise overall activities.
2. KPI Management: Analyze damages, inventory, stock levels, and warehouse saturation.
3. Lean Logistics Principles: Apply and manage lean logistics practices.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of solid experience in Contract Logistics.
• Knowledge of international standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
• Certifications in Lean and/or Six Sigma are preferred.
• Leadership skills, personnel management, and customer service orientation.
• Strong planning and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent command of English and proficiency with IT tools.

Additional Information:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering is preferred.
• Work Location: Atessa, Chieti Province.
• Full-time position.
• Salary: Starting from €40,000, commensurate with experience.
• Direct employment with the company.
