How You’ll Make a Difference

You will work in small teams – typically 2‑3 consultants – taking an active part in every dimension of client engagements. Throughout each project, you will develop core management consulting skills with the capabilities required to apply innovative, advanced corporate finance and value‑creation techniques, contributing to the development of leading‑edge knowledge at the intersection of strategy, corporate finance and implementation.

Your work will include sourcing and assessing information, building and pressure‑testing hypotheses, shaping and communicating recommendations, and delivering real‑impact, hands‑on results.

You will be based in our Milan or Rome office, working across multiple industries and advising clients on corporate strategy, M&A, due diligence, and performance improvement. Visiting Associates collaborate with outstanding teams to help leading organizations worldwide address their most complex challenges.

Requirements

What We Look For:

• MSc in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance with an excellent academic record
• Previous internships in strategy, corporate finance, M&A, or due diligence gained in a consulting firm, investment bank, accounting firm, or major corporation
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
• Ability to articulate complex ideas with clarity, both verbally and in writing
• Structured problem‑solving through rigorous quantitative thinking and analysis
• Solid proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to collaborate effectively within teams and foster an inclusive environment with stakeholders at all levels
• Interest and effectiveness in using technology and AI considered a plus
• Fluency in English and Italian – mandatory
