Retail Specialist GDO | PADOVA – CPM Italy

As a part of our dynamic team in Padova, you will promote the visibility of our client brands within the wholesale distribution channel, developing strong relationships with store managers, carefully positioning product displays, and ensuring brand guidelines are followed.

Responsibilities

• Verify compliance with agreements between clients and large retail chains (GDO) and enhance brand visibility across a network of retail points.
• Collect and analyse data and information in the field.
• Ensure correct placement of product references on shelves.
• Improve display quality of products using the provided materials.
• Maximise the use of in‑store communication assets (POP).
• Build and nurture contacts with department heads of GDO stores.
• Prepare photographic reports of store setups.
• Participate in continuing training on field‑marketing best practices.
• Collaborate continuously with a dedicated supervisor for activity planning and support.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is a plus, but entry‑level candidates are welcome.
• Strong relational skills, communication ability and a desire to work well with others.
• Curiosity, eagerness to learn and passion for brands.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Willingness to travel for work.
