Job Description

Why This Role Is Right for You

As an AUDIT SPECIALIST, you’ll join a collaborative and forward‑thinking team based in Milan. Together, we will work on audit engagements performed both within Nexi Spa and within legal entities across the whole group.

Role Responsibilities

  • Conduct audit engagements as per the annual audit plan approved
  • Assess the risk of the main governance process, identifying possible issues/shortcomings
  • Write clear and concise suggestions and an overall report to be distributed to the auditees and to Senior management/Board
  • Monitor the proper implementation of suggested corrective actions
  • Work in a team with senior professionals
  • Cooperate with different Nexi departments

Essential Qualifications

  • Ability/availability to learn different matters according to the audit engagements’ needs
  • Risk assessment mindset, prioritizing the suggestions according to the overall framework (good ability in identifying common patterns)
  • Excellent English, both oral and written
  • Good skills in writing and communication
  • Ability to work in an international environment open to different cultural mindsets
  • Good soft skills and the ability to manage interpersonal relations

Bonus Skills

  • Audit Certifications (CIA; CISA; CRISK; etc)
  • Risk/Audit/Compliance working experiences
