Invoicing Specialist L.68 / 99

For a big Italian group, specialized in professional cosmetic products, we are looking for a Invoicing Specialist , L. 68 / 99. you will support and collaborate with the existing team in activities related to the management of Italian and international invoicing, as well as the associated shipments.

What You Will Do

Invoicing and Shipping

Domestic (Italy)

International

Diverse Items

Interest invoices, training courses, fixed assets, etc.

Sending delivery notes (DDT) to logistics for order preparation

Requesting and archiving CEE certificates and customs documents

Organizing shipments with national and international couriers

Managing customs procedures

Who You Are

Belonging to protected classes (L. 68 / 99)

Degree in Accounting / Economics or similar

Administrative, fiscal, and customs expertise to independently manage domestic and international invoicing is preferred

Strong organizational skills

Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine ability to work effectively in a team

Ability to work under pressure

Knowledge of English is required
