Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day client management (all channels)
  • Upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Long-term client satisfaction and retention
  • Resolving issues in collaboration with other departments
  • Relationship management and growth within assigned accounts; identifying and penetrating new customers
  • Manage existing relationships with important customers in high-density territories, including new target customers
  • On-site at point of sale with direct client contact; manage a portfolio of medium to important-sized businesses
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and opinion leaders; serve as the main point of contact
  • Understand clients\' needs (using PSS & Complex sales approach) and ensure products/services meet these needs
  • Support Partner dealers by helping them qualify customer needs
  • Execute the sales strategy in the assigned territory; meet or exceed annual sales targets; identify growth opportunities
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell to existing clients
  • Deliver product demonstrations and organize product shows, exhibitions, and seminars
  • Identify tender opportunities and collaborate with CustomerCare; negotiate contract terms and pricing
  • Manage contract renewal processes and ensure contractual obligations are met
  • Follow up and manage sales leads through the sales funnel; maintain an accurate forecast
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, sales activities, and forecasts
  • Provide exceptional client support and promptly resolve issues

Qualifications

  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Sciences, Engineering, or related subject, preferably with Life Sciences focus
  • Demonstrated sales success and strong customer relationships
  • Proven experience in selling laboratory products (biotechnology) or laboratory operations preferred (ideally >3 years)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Ability to use CRM systems and virtual communication tools
  • Good organizational skills to manage multiple leads and sales activities

  • Strong product knowledge and ability to communicate benefits and features effectively
  • Ability to engage with customers and stakeholders at all levels
