Overview

STATUTORY RESEARCH ANALYST

JOB PURPOSE

Evolution and Maintenance of Centralized Parametric Systems for Payroll & Post-Payroll Standard Solutions

Key Responsibilities

  • Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing, Documentation on all Legislative Parametrization of National ITA scope on Payroll & Post-Payroll areas.
  • Problem solving to Customer Service Technical teams on the above areas
  • Discussion of legislative news with Legal Watch
  • Development, Testing and Diffusion of centralized parametric solutions
  • Compilation and Diffusion of Thematic Technical Analyses (mainly about Union Agreements and National tax / Security rules)
  • Sync with R&D to grant reliability and completeness of all technical solutions (UseCase definition)

Supervisory Responsibilities

Reports to GPT Manager with no supervisory responsibility

Will be expected to work under own initiative for day-to-day tasks in line with overall strategic guidance from manager

Collaborate to improve and release better results to be more efficient and effective

Skills & Knowledge

  • Tested knowledge of ITA Labour Legislation
  • Advanced use of MS Office suite (Word, Excel), basic use of planning & summarizing tools (MS Project & similar)
  • Proficiency on at least one of those systems: ZXP, Zadig Payroll & Post-Payroll, Sipert Payroll & Post-Payroll
  • Documentation skills above average

Education and Experience

  • At least 3 years of operational experience on at least one of the above listed systems.
  • Certified experience in at least two implementation / setup projects for NA Clients
