Job Opportunity: Senior Executive Assistant

We are seeking a Senior Executive Assistant for a prestigious multinational company operating in the Energy & Construction sector. The role is open to candidates belonging to protected categories (L.68 / 99 art.1).

The selected candidate will support the CEO at the European level and will be responsible for:

1. Managing the complex, multi-country agenda of the CEO (travel, meetings, conference calls)
2. Organizing international travel, bookings, and reimbursements
3. Coordinating communications between the CEO and various departments/countries
4. Supporting the organization of corporate events and international meetings

Requirements:

1. At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant at a C-level, preferably in structured multinational contexts
2. Fluent English (spoken and written); knowledge of a second European language is a plus
3. Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools
4. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
5. Problem-solving orientation

Work Details:

• Full-time (Monday to Friday)
• Location: Milan (MI)
