  • Fluency in both Italian and English is mandatory.
  • Relevant previous experience (e.g., venture capital, private equity, investment banking, consulting, or a fast‑growing startup) is a plus but not mandatory.
  • A proactive, self‑starter attitude with an ability to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team.
  • Strong attention to detail and impeccable organizational skills.
  • We have a hybrid work policy: we expect to meet our team at the office for at least 3 days a week.
  • This is a full‑time position.
  • Salary range: EUR 31k – 36k

Diversity & Inclusion

Studies have shown that women and people from unprivileged backgrounds are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification. At Primo Capital we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
