We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Italian-speaking Customer Care Advisor in Lisbon. As a Customer Advisor Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our Italian-speaking customers. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues via e‑mail/phone calls.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal.

Work model: On‑site (Must be in Portugal or relocate).

Relocation Support

Requirements

• Italian C2 level
• English B2 level
• Customer‑centric or Sales Attitude
• Excellent Communication Skills

• Adaptability: Comfortable with multitasking in a dynamic and fast‑paced work environment
• Basic Computer Skills
