The Product Marketing Manager plays an important role in the growth of our business and is part of a critical team driving business ambition as categories expert with the portfolio she/he is entrusted with. He/She champions the innovation product roadmap building needed portfolio, seeking fitted solutions with high consideration to customer voices, marketplace insights and industry considerations within the prioritised channels. Ambitious product launches to market are expected with business and market analytics, instinctive insights, and the discipline to focus being the valued attributes of the role.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Lead the development of product strategy by identifying customer needs and iterating on the product vision.
  2. Become a category expert, translating insights into product/category strategies and creating long-term roadmaps aligned with growth ambitions.
  3. Conduct strategic assessments and provide critical analysis; responsible for creating and executing product-to-market strategies that define value propositions and differentiate offerings.
  4. Gather, monitor, and track stakeholder needs across product releases.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Engineering, Finance, Commercial, Customer Care, and Marketing Insights to develop a comprehensive portfolio.
  6. Manage the product roadmap and build relationships with stakeholders to identify gaps and prioritize solutions.
  7. Identify emerging trends and market shifts to maintain competitive advantage.
  8. Conduct user interviews to understand market needs and influence product directions.
  9. Leverage data sources to collect and analyze product analytics and user engagement data.
  10. Partner with Marketing to craft compelling stories for product launches.
  11. Validate requirements through discovery activities with customers and market research.
  12. Manage reports on portfolio updates, roadmaps, and product development; conduct regular team meetings.

Qualifications include:

  • At least 5 years of experience, including 3+ years in Product Management, with a proven understanding of product, portfolio, and marketing strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with ambiguity.
  • Deep understanding of the product development process and market opportunities.
  • Passion for portfolio building, customer-centric solutions, and innovative problem-solving.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and storytelling skills in English and Italian.
  • Proven success in product marketing strategies, storytelling, and content creation.
  • Knowledge of market research techniques and product-led growth strategies.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently and collaboratively.
