About the Role

You'll combine hands-on technical expertise with commercial influence to step into a clear leadership track.

Responsibilities

• Reconfigure and optimise baling machines to support plastic wire production
• Provide training to internal teams and customer partners on polymer processing and machinery usage
• Collaborate cross-functionally to help shift clients from steel to innovative plastic alternatives

Requirements

• 2-5 years' experience in polymer processing or plastic extrusion
• A degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Commercial acumen and the confidence to engage clients on technical solutions
• Fluent English; Italian and / or German are assets but not required
