Job Description:

Manpower is seeking a qualified Assistente Sociale for a prominent socio-assistential facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support and counseling to individuals and families facing difficulties, including mental health issues, substance abuse, domestic violence, and emergency situations.
• Assess client needs and develop personalized intervention plans.
• Collaborate with other professionals and social services to coordinate support.
• Conduct interviews and social assessments.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Maintain client confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualifications.
• Registration with the social workers' register, to be presented during the interview.
• Professional certification as a social worker, if required by the location.
• Knowledge of local laws and resources related to social services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Empathy and active listening skills.
• Team player with collaborative abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Contract:

Offering a fixed-term contract with the possibility of long-term extensions.
