With our client’s headquarters near Cinisello Balsamo (MI), we are tasked with selecting a candidate for the following role:

Company Overview

Etjca S.p.a. is authorized to operate by the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies (Authorization No. 1309‑SG dated 23/02/2005). Role and Responsibilities

• Reception, switchboard, telephone/email routing, archive
• General services and management of stationery orders and office products
• Guest reception and meeting room organization
• Back‑office support, data entry into the management system, preparation of company presentations

Required Criteria

• Membership in protected categories
• Excellent mastery of the Office package
• Precision, order, and punctuality
• Immediate availability
• One year of experience in the role in moderately structured environments

Workplace

Vicinanze Cinisello Balsamo (MI)

Working Hours

Full time, 9:00‑18:00, Monday‑Friday, with one hour break.

Contract Type

12‑month temporary contract with potential permanent employment.

Compensation Package

Budget, evaluated at interview. Up to €32,000 gross per annum, CCNL Commercio.
