As the Ferrero Global Digital Platforms Manager, you will lead the management and evolution of our global digital platforms, covering websites, CRM, and cross-functional initiatives that support Ferrero’s digital strategy and growth ambitions. This role promotes the adoption of global digital solutions and aligns them across markets and categories. You will own the global roadmap and establish a cross-functional collaboration model, enabling governance, integration, and innovation across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own the global roadmap and governance for Ferrero’s global digital platforms, including websites, CRM, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment across markets and categories; promote best practices and scale learnings across teams.
  • Establish governance for cross-functional programs and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate consumer and shopper-facing initiatives.
  • Act as business lead for OPE category promo platforms and guide their strategic deployment.
  • Develop and evolve Platform Policy & Measurement Harmonization, including global web policies, data governance models, taxonomies, and naming conventions.
  • Partner with global BI&A and IT to shape the ongoing support model and ensure robust measurement frameworks across categories.
  • Co-lead the Global CRM Program, defining the strategic roadmap, coordinating across markets, and surfacing scalable opportunities; monitor performance and drive continuous improvement in CRM deployment.
  • Coordinate with category digital leads and Ferrero IT to ensure interconnection across the digital ecosystem and drive cross-category initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in consumer digital transformation and innovation, ideally within omni-channel environments in large, multi-brand CPG companies.
  • Proven track record leading at least 1–2 major digital platform initiatives with measurable consumer impact across multiple markets.
  • Global headquarters experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, CRM, consumer loyalty, marketing automation, content management technologies, and performance analytics.
  • Strategic expertise in measurement frameworks, channel best practices, and web technology stacks (e.g., Drupal CMS, OneTrust, Google Marketing Platform, CDPs, SAP CX CRM).
  • Excellent communication with cross-functional teams and budgets; strong leadership, collaboration, and innovation across all levels.
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
  • Desire for digital innovation, including AI, machine learning, and MarTech trends.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (<10%).
