Responsibilities

  • Lead the team of junior consultants and collaborate with SME and other experts to deliver strategic healthcare consulting services to clients.
  • Conduct and lead in-depth research and analysis on healthcare systems, policies, and market trends.
  • Lead the development of feasibility studies and business plans and conduct assessments of healthcare organizations compared to their clinical and non‑clinical operations.
  • Develop and present high-quality deliverables, including reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
  • Engage with internal and external clients to understand challenges and provide tailored solutions to address operational, clinical, and financial objectives.
  • Lead the design and implementation of consulting projects in multiple geographies, such as healthcare transformation initiatives, workforce development, digital health integration, and clinical governance improvements.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and contracting of strategic healthcare operations projects (e.g., managing hospitals, outpatient facilities).
  • Lead and participate in stakeholder meetings, workshops, and interviews to gather insights and foster strong client relationships.
  • Lead proposal development, benchmarking exercises, and business case preparation for healthcare projects.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and suggest adjustments as needed.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 10–15 years of consulting experience in healthcare advisory or related fields; international experience is a plus.
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in creating structured, impactful presentations and reports.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Familiarity with healthcare systems and organizations.
  • Language Requirements: Proficiency in English and Italian is essential; other languages are a plus.
