Overview

TXT Group, a fast-growing multinational company with offices in Italy, Europe, and the United States, specializes in delivering high-value technological services and projects in the Business Critical IT & Fintech sectors. As part of the ongoing expansion in Italy and abroad, our well-established Digital Finance Business Unit — a reference point for innovative solutions in the financial and banking sectors — is seeking a Sales Manager with a strategic vision and strong results orientation. The role aims to support the commercial growth and development of our customer portfolio.

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify and create new business opportunities by acquiring new clients;
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of commercial contacts;
  • Define commercial proposals and manage the full sales cycle for products and services;
  • Expand business with existing customers;
  • Monitor market trends, new technologies, innovative projects, and strategic partnerships to evaluate their impact on industries and business models, and identify new potential opportunities;
  • Manage post-sales activities and ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Achieve commercial targets and proactively implement corrective actions when needed.

Required Technical Skills

  • Previous experience in consulting services;
  • Proven track record in business development, training, and sales;
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language;
  • Good command of Microsoft Office tools;
  • Availability for travel and business trips.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM or Economics disciplines.
