Overview

Within the Global High Jewelry & High-End Watches (High-End) team, based in Rome, we are searching for a High Jewelry Merchandising Specialist. Reporting to the High Jewelry Merchandising Manager, the selected candidate will play a critical role in the strategic development and execution of Bvlgari High Jewelry collections. He/she will work towards maximizing sales results and point of sales image by defining the product commercial strategy implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement merchandising strategies for High Jewelry collections, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and markets’ needs.
  • Oversee the allocation and distribution of High Jewelry pieces across boutiques, ensuring optimal stock levels and availability.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement actions to maximize stock optimization allocated to the selected boutique network.
  • Liaise with Marketing teams to provide feedback on product performance and client preferences, highlighting specific stock requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to define proper guidelines for each boutique and ensure consistency in visual presentation across all retail point of sales.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  • Work closely with logistic & distribution teams to ensure time to market deliveries.

Qualifications & Professional Capabilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or Business is preferred.
  • Proven experience in merchandising, preferably within the luxury/fashion or High Jewelry sector.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent knowledge of Office Applications (in particular, Excel and PowerPoint).
