Main Responsibilities:

  1. Carry out audits efficiently and competently as required by instructions, our Quality System, or formal agreements with clients.
  2. Promptly contact customers to confirm planned activities.
  3. Ensure the independence of the DNV scheme is maintained at all times.
  4. Maintain or acquire Auditor Registration with DNV or equivalent, qualifying you as a Lead Auditor.
  5. Plan, execute, report, and follow up on audits within agreed timelines and budgets.
  6. Adhere to professional standards and demonstrate core competence.
  7. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  8. Contribute to a positive work environment and team morale.
  9. Work collaboratively with team members and support professional development.
  10. Communicate effectively with management, team members, and clients.
  11. Use auditing tools correctly to ensure proper certification processes.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Qualified as a third-party auditor under voluntary management system schemes or equivalent experience.
  • APSCA qualification, SA8000 qualification, or social audit experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in Italian and proficient in English is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel within Italy.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Positive, results-oriented attitude.
  • Good organizational skills.
