Providing the first level of technical support for clients of problems that arise at the software level for PCs, and troubleshooting minor hardware problems of clients’ equipment.

Experience (minimum 2 years) in the field of IT Support or IT Helpdesk, in a procedural work environment, based on ticketing.

Average level of knowledge about networks, equipment, protocols and network services.

Intermediate or advanced knowledge of installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows operating systems.

Advanced knowledge of installation, configuration and troubleshooting for the MS Office suite.

Hardware knowledge (troubleshooting and functionality) for computers and printers.

Requirements :

English language (spoken and written) – good to advanced level.

Ability to analyze, plan and prioritize activities.

Very good communication and teamwork skills.

Customer orientation, ability to work with deadlines.

Responsiveness to user requests.

Stress resistance.
