We’re looking for an Agent to join our Field Operations Team in Milan.

The Field Operations team at DICE ensures that the market-leading standards DICE sets in product design are replicated in the dynamic, real-world environment of live events.
Working closely with the Account Managers and Client Success teams, the Field Operations team will liaise with our venues, promoters and brand partners to ensure that DICE users at shows, club nights and festivals have the very best on-the-day experience.
As a Field Operations Agent at DICE, you’ll be the face of our technology on-site, ensuring that both fans and partners enjoy the best possible experience at our events:

This role is based in Milan, Italy.
We recognise the benefits of hybrid working, and want to create the best balance to ensure we can continue working together effectively. For our Italian team, we have a hybrid work policy of three days in the office and two days from anywhere. You can chat about your specific team’s days and expectations during the interview process.
