Supply Planner

We are seeking a talented Supply Planner to join our team at Findus. In this role, you will be a key player in managing the flow of goods from our factories to the local warehouse, ensuring excellent service to our customers while optimizing inventory levels.

Activities & Responsibilities

The candidate will be in charge of :

• Coordinating production and delivery plans from 5 factories across Europe
• Maintaining and developing our SAP planning software as Key User, ensuring correct usage within the Italian planning team
• Monitoring and optimizing inventory levels across the network
• Ensuring effective communication with factory planning teams
• Securing stock availability for customer orders
• Balancing cost, cash, and service based on company priorities
• Coordinating information for new launches, delisting, and slow movers
• Driving innovation towards sustainability, efficiency, and cost management
• Boosting cooperation and process alignment across countries

Qualifications

We need someone with strong analytical skills and a problem-solving attitude, detail-driven and structured. Flexibility and agility are essential to manage unexpected challenges.

What you will need :

• MSc in Engineering, Business Administration, or higher education in Supply Chain or equivalent
• Strong English skills, both verbal and written
• Meticulous, result-oriented, and analytically skilled
• Advanced Microsoft Excel user
• Enjoys developing processes and self-improvement
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and embracing change

Desirable :

• Previous planning experience (1–3 years)
• Experience with SAP or equivalent systems
