ADV Junior Procurement

In order to strengthen the AFC team, we are looking for a Junior Procurement Intern. The selected candidate will mainly be responsible for:

• Supporting the collection and organization of purchase requests from various company departments
• Updating and maintaining supplier master data in the management systems
• Providing operational support in the creation and monitoring of purchase orders (POs)
• Managing the archiving of documentation related to the procurement process and supporting the department’s administrative activities

Requirements:

• Technical-commercial diploma or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Economics or related fields
• Interest in procurement activities and administrative processes
• Excellent command of the Microsoft Office package, especially Excel
• Accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Proactivity, flexibility, and a collaborative spirit
• Good knowledge of the English language
