Responsibilities

• Assistance and support to customers throughout the sales process, maintaining high standards of service.
• Consulting customers on the products available in store.
• Supervision of stock.
• Monitoring daily KPIs and progress towards predefined sales targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or university qualification.
• Flexibility, dynamism, and availability for occasional travel.
• Excellent relational and communication skills.
• Ability to work toward objectives.
• Preferable prior experience in perfumery or structured retail contexts.
