It Outsourcing Specialist Junior

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and updating of the IT contract catalog
• Support to IT Service Owners in preparing the necessary documentation for purchases according to the rules defined by the Purchasing, IT Vendor, IT Contract, and IT Outsourcing processes
• Verification of the compliance of documentation produced by Service Owners and monitoring of correct budget usage
• Operational management of purchases through the company tool up to their allocation
• Collection of necessary signatures for the formalization of contracts or penalties, pre-validated by the internal legal office
• Maintenance of operational manuals for centralized control of IT invoices
• Verification and preliminary approval of invoice payments
• Planning and management of any IT Department contract renewals
• Collection and analysis of reports (KPI, progress reports, subcontractors) related to Intercompany contracts

Skills

• Knowledge of IT Outsourcing processes
