The Role

We seek an architect experienced in managing complex infrastructure and application transformations for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in cloud migration, hybrid architectures, and cloud-native design and deployment.

The role involves leading transition projects, transforming infrastructure services across distributed, mainframe, and hybrid cloud environments, and supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Manage complex infrastructure and application transformations
2. Lead strategic planning and business analysis
3. Design and deploy hybrid and cloud-native architectures
4. Drive transition and transformation projects
5. Transform enterprise outsourcing infrastructure services
6. Develop enterprise architecture designs
7. Engage stakeholders and ensure architectural alignment
8. Assess risks and oversee implementation

As an Enterprise Architect at Kyndryl, you'll work with innovative companies to achieve their business goals through technology strategies like AI, cloud adoption, and data platforms.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 5+ years developing enterprise architectures focused on infrastructure and application transformation
• 3-5 years as an Enterprise Architect in relevant sectors
• Experience in cloud migration, hybrid architectures, and cloud-native design
• Proven leadership in transition and transformation projects
• Experience with enterprise outsourcing in distributed, mainframe, and cloud environments
• Expertise in designing complex IT systems across domains
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman), and governance
• Successful track record of delivering large projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Master's in Computer Science or related field
• Relevant certifications (TOGAF, Hyperscaler, etc.)
• Experience with EA tooling and hyperscale cloud providers, automation, DevOps, and agile methodologies
