Carhartt WIP is part of the WIP Trading AG. Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Since then, it has developed its own collections based on workwear originals.

Carhartt WIP aims to continuously progress and evolve, without ever losing sight of its origins. Over the past two decades, our business has grown organically, along with our customers, the culture surrounding the brand, and our employees who have helped shape what Carhartt WIP is today.

For our new outlet in Serravalle Scrivia, opening in early Summer 2025, we are looking for a Store Manager (m/f/x).

Tasks

• Managing overall store operations and performance
• Meeting sales goals by training, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Implementing promotions, sales, and merchandising instructions to expected standards
• Completing store administration and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Reporting on buying trends, customer needs, and profits
• Managing stock levels

Requirements

• Previous retail management experience in a similar-sized operation
• A keen interest in the fashion industry and market trends
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Experience in visual merchandising and stock management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills
• A strong commitment to customer service
• Fluent Italian and good English skills
