Superstudio Events is the leading private venue management and event organization company in Italy. With more than 200 events and 800 thousand visitors each year, we are the most recognized Brand in the industry.

In our 4 venues, totaling 30 thousand sqm of events spaces, we host large conventions, fashion shows, product launches, fairs and gala dinners for some of the most recognized national and international Brands. Since 25 years, and counting, we also organize one of the most important events of the Milan Design Week.

Today Superstudio Events is looking with ambition and determination to the future, with the objective to create an international network of premium event spaces.

For its headquarter in Milan, Superstudio Events is looking for a:

COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

The successful candidate will contribute to the definition and implementation of the communication and branding strategy of Superstudio, with the objective to bring value to its cultural identity, projects and events.

We are looking for a dynamic person with strategic view, who is able to combine creative vision and operating rigor, ensuring impact and coherence across all communication channels, from digital to traditional media, from corporate to public events.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

  • Define and implement the overall communication strategy of Superstudio Events;
  • Organize, manage and monitor effective communication activities, across all levers (traditional and digital marketing, PR and communication), both company wide and for each specific project (events, exhibitions, partnerships, brand activations);
  • Develop and manage relationships with press, media partners, institutions and other stakeholders from the creativity, design, culture and events worlds;
  • Coordinate the production of editorial, digital and video content for social networks, digital channels and newsletters;
  • Define, together with function leaders, sales and business development strategies aimed at maintaining the customer base and acquiring new customers;
  • Collaborate with other teams, especially sales and production, to ensure coherence between communication, brand identity and customer experience;
  • Define and develop the tone of voice and brand image across channels and media (graphics, copy, press material, presentations, ADV, etc);
  • Support the management in PR activities and promotion of the brand image;
  • Monitor and develop the brand visibility and reputation, promoting initiatives aimed at their continuous improvements;
  • Proactively contribute to internal cross functional projects promoting the constant improvement of internal processes and solutions;
  • Analyze data, monitor performance metrics and distill meaningful insights to inform data-based decisions;
  • Prepare and present to senior management effective reports on communication activities and performance;
  • Monitor and control budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and manage procurement to optimize profitability;
  • Ensure an optimal management of all internal and external collaborators, promoting and facilitating fair and transparent interpersonal relationships aimed at achieving the company’s objectives;
  • Actively mentor more junior resources, facilitating personal and professional growth.

MUST HAVE

  • 5 to 10 years of working experience in communication roles, preferably in events, design, culture, lifestyle or other creative industries;
  • Vast knowledge of media landscape, with a strong network in the world of press, PR and influencers;
  • Proven competences in digital communication and social media strategy;
  • Excellent writing, storytelling and presentation skills in both Italian and English;
  • Experience in selection and management of external suppliers and collaborators (creative agencies, press offices, graphic professionals, videomakers, etc);
  • Unrelentless drive for delivering exceptional results;
  • Ability to combine strategic vision and hands on approach;
  • Prominent aesthetics and cultural sensitivity;
  • Collaborative leadership and ability to build relationships;
  • Experience in managing multiple projects at the same time;
  • Excellent attention to details and synthesis ability;
  • Master degree in Communication, Marketing, PR or related disciplines.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Working experience in international and multicultural environments;
  • Literacy in excel and excel modelling;
  • Confidence in data analysis and data based decision making;
  • Experience in extracting meaningful insights from complex and ambiguous information;
  • Experience with Adobe suite and/or analogue software;
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably Oracle NetSuite).
